Customers are expected to arrive for a 4PM check-in. We will gladly provide you access to your room earlier if possible. 

Customers must check out by 11:00 AM EST. However, we can keep your luggage for free if need be.

High speed wireless internet is offered throughout the hotel; whether it be rooms, poolside, terrace, communal areas or breakfast area. 

Yes. Our restaurant, Wink Wink Modern Lounge and auxiliary Wink Wink Modern Pool Bar offer full-service dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Each of our rooms has a workspace along with access to Wi-Fi. You can print documents at reception or enjoy our free fax and scanning services. Each of our rooms are Plug-In High-Tech rooms equipped with multiple power outlets, and USB ports.

We offer onsite valet parking. Valet parking is $35 overnight, $20 daily.

Yes. The Sarasota Modern is a pet-friendly property. 

• Pets 60 pounds or less are welcome and require advance registration.
• Reptiles and exotic animals are not permitted on property.
• Pets are permitted in common areas of the property, excluding the pool deck, pool, hot tub, or cold plunge, and all food & beverage outlets(with the exception of outdoor patio seating), we allow service animals only. 
• Pets cannot be left uncrated and unattended within the guest room.
• There is a Non-refundable pet fee: $100 Per Stay. Additional fees over and above may apply if additional cleaning, fumagation, our other necesary services are needed. 
• For pet registration, please contact the front desk. 

We are located on the intersection of Blvd of the Arts and Cocoanut Ave at 1290 Blvd of The Arts Sarasota, FL 34236. Please contact our front desk for specific directions.

Yes. In addition to our Wink Wink Modern Lounge, our staff will gladly recommend something based on your desired cuisine.

Yes, some of our rooms are wheelchair and/or hearing accessible. When booking your reservation, please advise us of your needs so we can ensure availability. 

No. Our hotel is a 100% Smoke Free Property. Smoking is prohibited in-room and in all public spaces on property and may result in a smoke-cleaning fee.  

Yes. We invite locals and non-hotel guests to enjoy our select amenities via ResortPass.com. Rates may vary.  

We are 9 minutes away from the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport and 1 Hour away from Tampa International Airport. 

Yes. We charge a daily destination fee of $28.00 USD + applicable tax. This fee grants you full access to all amenities provided by The Sarasota Modern - Including but not limited to: Complimentary welcome beverage, fitness center access, pool access, High Speed Wi-Fi, beach equipment usage, and bike rentals.

Yes. Our fitness center is available for use 24/7.

Lido Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Siesta Key Beach is less than 25 minutes away from The Sarasota Modern. 

Our pool is open to the public for a day pass fee of $35. Day passes or private cabanas can be purchased here or at the front desk.

Yes. The In-Room Dining program at The Sarasota Modern, a Tribute Portfolio hotel is a convenient and delicious way to enjoy your meals in the comfort of your own room. In-Room Dining is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, daily. 

The daily destination fee includes includes a welcome drink at check-in, enhanced Wi-Fi access, beach chairs, bike rentals, beach umbrellas, local transportation within 3 miles, leisure activities, a Modern Family Daily Pass, and an Evening Bar Ritual!
